Q. How to cook the samosas?

Keep them frozen and thaw before preparation. To thaw, place these frozen samosas on a plate before you are ready to start preheating the oven, toaster oven, or oil. It requires only about 15 minutes of thawing at room temperature.
Preparation Instructions: Oven / Toaster Oven: Preheat your oven/toaster oven to *400 F. Spread the frozen Samosas on a lightly greased pan. Brush or spray Samosas lightly with vegetable oil. Bake for 10 -15 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Deep Frying: Preheat oil to *400 F. Depending on the size of the pan, gently fry the frozen Samosas for 7 - 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Drain any excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve with BECC’s variety of chutneys: Royal Plum, Royal Mint, Royal Tomato, Royal Cranberry or Royal Pomegranate.

* Please adjust the temperature based on your oven/toaster oven/fryer. My preference is deep frying.
